At Miranda Duncan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our courses, products, and services. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Below are the terms and conditions regarding refunds:

Courses:

    • Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
    • After this deadline, refunds will not be issued, but clients may request course credit for future programs.
    • If you are dissatisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the first session, minus any non-refundable materials fee.
  2. Special Programs or Events:

    • For live events, workshops, or special coaching sessions, refunds are only available if cancellation is requested 14 days before the event.
    • Refunds may not be available for downloadable materials or on-demand video courses once accessed.
